About Our Whiskey

Tasting Notes

Notes of caramel and sweet corn on the nose. Vanilla and toffee up front with dried fruit, banana and anise on the palate. Spice on the finish.

Deep burnt-sugar sweetness that opens the glass.

Aroma: molasses and dark brown sugar. Finish: rounded, syrup-slick.

Aroma: crisp red apple and fresh pear. Finish: clean, lightly sweet.
